Adam Milstein’s Active Philanthropy for the Jewish-Israeli-American Society in the United States

Adam Milstein is a Haifa-born Israelite with a liberal activism in the United States and the world at large. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a master’s degree in business administration and started working as a commercial sales agent in the real estate industry. In 1973, Adam Milstein fought in the Yom Kippur war with the Israeli Defense Forces as a mandatory requirement by his government. In 1978, Adam joined the Israeli institute of technology of Technion and earned his degree in business and economics with a Cum Laude status. After years of working with his father in the real estate industry, Adam married his wife Gila and relocated to the United States in 1981.

Adam Milstein is the founder of Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation, an organization which provides charity services to other unions supporting the Jewish way of life in the United States and the Israelite state. He is also a co-founder of the Israeli-American Council and heads it as the national chairman. Adam and Gila established Sifriyat Pijama B’America to provide books in Hebrew to over 15,000 Jewish-Israeli-American individuals in the United States. The organization distributes the books on a monthly basis to educate the targeted society on Jewish values.

Adam Milstein’s philanthropic movement involves providing services in consultancy, partnership growth, fundraising for the support of programs in Jewish education, continuity of the Jewish culture and advocacy for a pro-Israel society. In one of his articles published on the Jerusalem Post website, Adam stated that Israelites and Jewish people who relocated to the United States in earlier years always felt that they would be required to move back to their nations at any given time. He explained that the then American society did not have a welcoming environment for his people. With the effort of the Israeli American Council, the relationship between the state of Israel and the United States is stronger.

The IAC is actively involved in the fight against the Sanctions and the Boycott Divestment, which serve to eradicate the Jewish-Israeli-American relationships. Adam cited that the organization will successfully continue to build the Jewish community in the States with events such as the Israeli-American Nexus, that helps in advocating for the Israelite State.
